2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, completing enrolment, or accessing programme materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of Thailand.
3. Programme Description
Prajya provides structured online AI development education delivered through written materials, exercises, and instructor support. All programmes are delivered in English. Enrolment is open to learners in Thailand and internationally, subject to payment being successfully received. We reserve the right to limit enrolment numbers per programme cohort.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the full programme fee. We will send confirmation details by email. If a programme cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, we will offer either a transfer to the next available cohort or a full refund.
5. User Responsibilities
As a learner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the enrolment process
- Use programme materials for your own personal learning only
- Treat instructors and any other learners with respect in all communications
- Not share, resell, or republish any programme content without written permission from Prajya
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary methods from programme materials
6. Intellectual Property
All programme content — including written materials, code examples, exercises, and recordings — remains the intellectual property of Prajya. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own learning during and after the programme period. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any Prajya content without prior written consent.
7. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB). Payment methods accepted are detailed in the enrolment confirmation email. Fees must be paid in full before access to programme materials is granted. Prajya does not store card or bank account details.
Refund policy: A full refund is available if you request cancellation within 7 days of enrolment confirmation and before accessing any programme materials. After this period, or once materials have been accessed, no refund is offered. In cases of exceptional personal circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
8. Programme-Specific Terms
Foundations of Machine Learning & Computer Vision Track: Materials are available to you throughout the programme period (6 or 8 weeks respectively from enrolment date). Exercise feedback from your instructor is provided weekly. There is no formal certificate of completion at this time, though a letter confirming participation can be provided on request.
Capstone Mentorship Program: Session scheduling is agreed between you and your assigned mentor following enrolment. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Up to two rescheduling requests per programme are accommodated with at least 48 hours' notice. The programme is not extended beyond 14 weeks from start date regardless of sessions missed.
9. Disclaimers
Prajya programmes are educational in nature. We make no claim that completing a programme will lead to employment, a particular salary, or any specific professional outcome. AI development is a broad and evolving field, and the skills developed through our programmes are intended as a foundation for further learning and practice.
Programme content is provided in good faith and reviewed regularly, but we cannot warrant that all information is current at every moment given the pace of change in this field.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Prajya's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to a programme shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of income, opportunity, or data.
We are not liable for disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, platform failures, or force majeure events.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prajya, its instructors, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of programme materials.
12. Termination
Prajya may terminate your access to a programme if you materially breach these Terms and do not remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. In such cases, no refund will be provided. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage both parties to attempt informal resolution first by contacting [email protected]. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Prajya regarding programme participation.
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your enrolment or rights under these Terms without our written consent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated by email to currently enrolled learners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our programmes after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
